Nissan
The Nissan Altima is one of America’s best selling cars, and the brand continues to be one of the few manufacturers with a full lineup of passenger cars. The Versa sedan battles in the lightly populated sub-compact segment while the Sentra is Nissan’s entry in the hotly contested world of compact sedans. The Maxima continues as the brand’s largest sedan offering, one of the few large premium sedans left on the market.
Nissan offers no less than six crossovers and SUVs. The newest member of the family is the smallest, in the shape of the front-drive, sub-compact Kicks. Next up the ladder is Rogue Sport, followed by the best-selling Rogue. The mid-size Murano and all-new three-row Pathfinder round out the crossovers, while the truck-based Armada SUV sits at the top of the lineup. Speaking of trucks, Nissan offers both the full-size Titan and mid-size Frontier pickups, the latter of which is all-new this year.
The all-new Z is Nissan’s more affordable sports car offering, while the GT-R, remains a high-tech sports coupe capable of embarrassing pricier exotics.
The LEAF was one of the first mainstream electric cars and the second generation continues to offer impressive EV capability and a fantastic price. Joining it this year will be the brand’s second electric vehicle, a crossover called the Ariya.

2025 Nissan Kicks First Drive Review: Fresh Kicks
The current Nissan Kicks is a more conservative replacement for the wildly styled Juke that came before. Besides the hip Kicks name, it was a rather ordinary subcompact tall hatch. Although it is a decent vehicle, it lacks a bit of passenger space, power, and the option of all-wheel drive.
2025 Nissan Kicks: Pros And Cons
Nissan has introduced the second-generation Kicks for the 2025 model year. Not often does a vehicle change this much from generation to generation, but nearly everything about the Kicks is all-new. After spending some time driving the new SUV, we’ve come up with a few of the Kicks’ biggest pros and cons.
Nissan Is Working On An Electrified Silvia Comeback
Nissan’s entry-level, rear-wheel drive sports car bowed out in the early 2000s, but its reputation as a car person’s car has stuck around for the proceeding decades. Now, Nissan looks to be reviving its smaller sports car with an electrified powertrain, per Drive. Speaking with Australian media, Nissan Vice-President Global Product Strategy Ivan Espinosa said that the project isn’t very far along, but it is in progress. “We've been doing some very early upstream exercises of what the architecture could look like,” Espinosa said. “You need to find something that can work globally in order to have enough scale.”

2024 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum Review: Road Trip Ready
The Nissan Pathfinder is finally getting a bit of a breather. After being completely overhauled for the 2022 model year, then introducing the Rock Creek trim last year, for 2024, there are no changes to the vehicle. It’s rare for any vehicle to transition into a new model with nary a change, but that’s what Nissan has done for the brand’s multi-person hauler.
VIDEO: 1,000 Mile Family Road Trip In The 2024 Nissan Pathfinder
The 2024 Nissan Pathfinder receives no changes this year: a rarity within the industry. Confident the brand already has the winning formula, Nissan lent us a fully loaded 2024 Pathfinder Platinum to take on a 1,000-mile family road trip.

The mid-range SV trim starts at $25,070, and $26,720 with AWD, while the top-trim SR begins at $27,570, or $29,070 with AWD.
The 2025 Nissan Frontier Levels Up On And Off-Road
There’s a lot going on with the 2025 Nissan Frontier, which has been refreshed to better take on the likes of its midsized truck competition. New styling should help, with an updated front fascia, and grille, as well as new tailgate finishers for Pro-X and Pro-4X trims. The paint you see here is new too, dubbed “Afterburn Orange.” Inside, there’s a new dash that houses (in SV and higher trims) a 12.3-inch display with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto functionality. Nissan also adds a telescoping steering wheel as standard along with four-way powered passenger seats on Pro-X, Pro-4X, and SL trims. Any Frontier above the SV trim will also benefit from a six-way powered driver’s seat with two-way lumbar adjustment.
Canada’s Nissan Sentra Cup Invades the United States
When asked what’s one of the most affordable ways to enter professional, wheel-to-wheel racing, my answer is always the Nissan Sentra Cup. With a total cost of just $44,000 for a turn-key ready race car, there’s not much out there that comes close in price. And remember, that's $44,000 in Canadian dollars, or roughly $31,755 in American dollars.

Nissan Trademarks "Tetra" For Future Vehicles
Autoguide has discovered a new Nissan trademark, filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), for “Tetra.” It’s reasonably safe to assume the name could be used for a new vehicle. After all, Nissan recently announced it would launch seven new models, in addition to refreshing the majority of its US lineup, by 2026. Globally, that total rises to 30 new models.

Two New Nissan GT-R Special Editions Come In The Good Colors
Nissan seems intent on reaffirming that the GT-R lineup holds the best array of colors this side of a Paint-to-Sample 911 with the debut of two special edition variants this week. The T-spec Takumi Edition and Skyline Edition pay homage to aspects of the GT-R’s history. Starting with the former, the Takume Edition pays respect to the people who have been building the GT-R’s twin-turbo V6 engine since the car’s relaunch in 2007. Because of that, the engine bay will feature a gold VIN plate and the car will be finished in Midnight Purple with Mori Green interior trimmings. There are some mechanical updates, including carbon ceramic brakes with gold Rays wheels, and slightly wider front fenders with NISMO-tuned traction control software.
