2024 Toyota Tundra

Toyota is recalling 161,268 Toyota Tundra pickup trucks from the 2024-2025 model year that are equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. The reason for the recall is the rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse, which is obviously an issue.

The fix for these trucks is relatively easy, with Toyota updating the parking assist ECU software, free of charge. Owners of the affected trucks should have letters mailed out by March 10, 2026. In the meantime, if needed, customers can reach out to Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331.
