Technology and innovation are great, but not all features on new cars are good. Some do not work the way they were intended to, some add unnecessary complexity, and others just aren't needed.

Here are the top 5 new car features I dislike the most.

The ipad dash, dash full of screens is the worst for me. Hate them. Would take analog gauges any day of the week.

2023 Toyota RAV4. Instrument panel is disgusting. Way to much un-needed junk warnings. A favorite is Check Back Seat. Far as I know, it's still there. So many other warnings that are stupid. Window open. Of course I just opened it. And that really stupid feature. Auto turn engine off when ever you've idle for 30 seconds or something like that. Have turn it off every time I start the engine.

Have that on my Subaru- turn it off also plus the side warning of sound & light- yellow. This is all for people that are on their cell phones. Way too many bells & whistles.
