BFGoodrich just introduced the Advantage Control HT, a new tire designed to meet the needs of larger crossovers, full-size SUVs, and light-duty pickups.

Available in 22 sizes, the Advantage Control HT offers a redesigned tread pattern aimed at delivering a quieter, smoother ride. The topline accomplishment is that the tire can stop up to 9 feet shorter in wet conditions over its predecessor, the Advantage Sport LT.

Key to these enhancements is the use of active sipe technology with the all-season rubber compounds. A proprietary groove network works with the sipes to evacuate water from the contact patch to improve wet grip. The new tire also offers a 10% increase in tread life.

In addition to its performance benefits, the Advantage Control HT has an optimized footprint, full-depth tread features, and silica-infused compounds, which help ensure consistent performance and a smooth ride for the duration of the tire's lifespan. These features make it a solid choice for today’s larger vehicles.

For added peace of mind, the BFGoodrich Advantage Control HT comes with a 70,000-mile limited mileage warranty and a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, offering both durability and customer assurance.

The Advantage Control HT tire will have a phased launch across North America, with 10 sizes available today with 12 more sizes to come later in 2025.
