The 2025 Audi e-tron GT has received a fresh update, with improvements made across the board.

Headlining 2025 is the introduction of a larger 97.0-kWh battery, paired with upgraded powertrains that deliver significant increases in horsepower across the lineup. The e-tron GT gains a lighter and more efficient rear motor, part of a series of enhancements aimed at improving performance and efficiency. The S trim now produces 671 horsepower, while the RS model generates 845 horsepower.

At the top, the RS e-tron GT Performance delivers 912 horsepower, allowing it to sprint from zero to 62 mph in just 2.5 seconds. Audi says the battery has been optimized to reduce weight and increase capacity, with improved cooling technology and faster charging capabilities—the system supports peak DC fast charging of up to 320 kilowatts, enabling a 10–80% charge in 18 minutes.

Externally, the e-tron GT features updated grille designs, a refreshed Audi logo, and new wheel options, including forged 12-spoke designs inspired by the 1991 Avus Quattro concept. The Performance trim also debuts a new Bedford Green color and an exclusive matte carbon roof with unique "carbon camouflage" elements.

Interior upgrades include a digital gauge cluster with enhanced battery information, a newly designed steering wheel, and refined seating options with illuminated logos and new patterns. A panoramic sunroof with adjustable transparency is also available.

The suspension and braking systems have also been refined, with standard air suspension featuring adjustable settings, and an optional active suspension system raises the handling limit even further. Four-wheel steering is also available.

Audi says the regenerative braking system has been upgraded to recuperate up to 400 kilowatts of energy, and track enthusiasts will be happy to know carbon-ceramic brakes are available across the trim range.

While specific U.S. details, including EPA range estimates, are expected later, pricing for the updated models has been announced, with the base S trim starting at $126,795 and offering an estimated range of 300 miles on 20-inch wheels. Meanwhile, the high-performance RS e-tron GT Performance starts at $168,295, boasting an output of 912 horsepower, though its range estimates are not yet available.
