Rivian is recalling nearly 20,000 R1S and R1T models from the 2022-2025 model years. The recall affects certain vehicles that had service performed on them previously, specifically before March 10, 2025. These all-electric SUVs and trucks may have the toe link reassembled incorrectly during the service procedures.

Rivian will fix the issue free of charge by replacing the rear toe link bolts. Owners of the affected vehicles should receive notification letters mailed out by February 24, 2026. For those that cannot wait or have questions, they can contact Rivian customer service at 1-888-748-4261.
