Porsche has just teased its upcoming 911 GT3.

The 992.2 911 GT3 will make its official debut on October 18, 2024. Porsche promises this latest version of its iconic track-focused car will be more "exhilarating" and "innovative" than previous models.

While details are still under wraps, Porsche is hinting it will release two variants—likely the standard 911 GT3 and a more extreme GT3 RS or perhaps even the GT3 Touring.

Expect the 992.2 GT3 to build on the outgoing model’s high-revving 4.0-liter flat-six engine, which delivered 500 horsepower and a sub-3-second 0-60 mph time in the GT3 RS variant.

While a hybrid option seems unlikely, it’s clear that Porsche will aim to maintain the thrilling, pure driving experience the GT3 is known for.
