We get hands-on with the refreshed 2025 Ford Expedition.

It brings subtle design changes and significant tech and utility upgrades, making it an even more capable family SUV.

The exterior tweaks include a taller grille, updated LED headlights, and a split tailgate with a configurable cargo system that doubles as a table or seating area. Inside, there’s a larger touchscreen and a revamped driver display, now integrated with Ford’s BlueCruise hands-free driving technology.

Additional features include electronic door handles, wireless charging, and Google-powered infotainment.

Under the hood, the familiar 3.5L EcoBoost V6 continues, offering 400 hp as standard, while the Tremor trim, designed for off-road enthusiasts, boasts a higher output of 440 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque, along with enhanced off-road capabilities like a suspension lift and dedicated rock crawling mode.

The Expedition is set to hit dealerships in early 2025, with more pricing details expected soon.
