Cadillac Unveils Pricing for the All-Electric Escalade IQ
Cadillac has officially announced pricing for the 2025 Escalade IQ
With a starting MSRP of $129,900 (including destination fee), the 2025 Escalade IQ carries a significant premium over its gas-powered counterpart which starts at $87,595.
The IQ sheds the squared-off silhouette of the combustion model for a sleeker, more aerodynamic design. Built on the same platform as the Hummer EV and Silverado EV, the electric Escalade also boasts a foot more length than its gas-powered sibling—that must be where the IQ's $40,000 premium comes from.
At the heart of the Escalade IQ is a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system that produces an impressive 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. Powered by a massive 200+ kWh battery, the IQ arrives on the scene with an EPA-estimated range of 460 miles.
Available in four trims—Luxury 1, Sport 1, Luxury 2, and Sport 2—the Escalade IQ comes packed with high-end features. Even the base trims include a panoramic glass roof, 24-inch wheels, and a 55-inch curved display spanning the dashboard—it better for $130,000. Five-zone climate control, heated and ventilated seats, and synthetic leather upholstery ensure a first-class experience.
Stepping up to the higher Luxury 2 or Sport 2 trims adds extra luxury, like a 36-speaker AKG sound system, massaging front seats, and an advanced trailering package with enhanced blind-spot detection and specialized camera views. For ultimate comfort, an Executive Second Row Seating Package offers 14-way adjustable rear seats and a center console with flip-out tables.
Set to arrive at dealerships by year’s end, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ aims to redefine the luxury SUV space, much the same as the original Escalade did 25 years ago.
