Mattel announced at the Nuremberg International Toy Fair that its Mattel Brick Shop brand will add three new automotive partners in 2026: Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Toyota.

The new collaborations will expand the Hot Wheels vehicle lineup and follow earlier Brick Shop releases with brands such as Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, and Honda.

The 2026 sets are designed to reflect each automaker’s design language and heritage, while continuing the Brick Shop approach of using real metal parts and offering customization options. The building sets will roll out throughout the year and will be sold through select retailers worldwide, including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Mattel Creations. Mattel says details on specific models and configurations will be shared closer to launch.

“Mattel Brick Shop was created to provide adult collectors and automotive enthusiasts a unique way to engage with their favorite vehicles through immersive, hands-on building and collecting” said Ted Wu, Global Head of Vehicles and Building Sets at Mattel. “With Lamborghini, Aston Martin and Toyota joining the lineup, we’re continuing to expand the Mattel Brick Shop garage to include some of the most iconic names in automotive design and history in a tailored and reimagined way.”

Launched in 2025, Mattel Brick Shop is positioned as a building set line aimed at adult builders and collectors. The brand focuses on accuracy, proportion, and design detail, with features such as metal components, licensed decals, and interchangeable parts that allow for customization. Previous Brick Shop collaborations have included models from Audi, Chevrolet, Honda, Maserati, and Mercedes-Benz.

Currently building a Maserati. It was a Christmas gift. So far it's kinda fun, takes me back 50 years playing with Lego. Instructions are awesome.
