GTS models tend to be the Goldilocks picks of their respective ranges. And so it goes...

Porsche's all-electric Macan is expanding the lineup with the addition of a GTS model for 2026. As has been the case with every current Porsche model, the GTS will slot in below the Turbo in the pecking order while offering many of the most in-demand options as standard kit.

Speaking of the Turbo, the GTS borrows that model's more powerful rear motor. Total system output is now up to 509 horsepower, which temporarily raises to 563 hp when launch control is activated—and Porsche still has the simplest system to use. Torque is a massive 704 pound-feet, and like any EV it's available basically instantly. The dash to 62 mph (100 km/h) takes just 3.8 seconds.

GTS models are about more than straight-line swiftness, though. The Macan GTS picks up a different air suspension tune unique to this model, in addition to standard-fit Torque Vectoring Plus and the Sport Chrono Package. Porsche also says this model has the lowest center of gravity of any Macan EV, so it should be exceptionally eager in the corners.

Sticking to the GTS recipe, the Macan adopts various blacked-out exterior details, including deeper rocker panels and tinted lighting elements front and rear. This new model also debuts the Sport Design Package, with tweaked bumper designs; it's standard here, and will be available on other Macan EV models starting mid-2026. New-to-Macan paint colors include Lugano Blue, Carmine Red, and Chalk; buyers still have the option of dozens of Paint To Sample choices as well. Big, 21-inch alloy wheels are standard, with 22s available.

Inside, the Macan GTS adopts plenty of black Alcantara and leather. A GTS Interior Package does what we've seen in other Porsche models, adding contrast stitching that matches the exterior paint if buyers select Slate Gray Neo, Lugano Blue, or Carmine Red. To unlock this option, buyers must splurge on the carbon fiber interior trim.

The 2026 Porsche Macan GTS will arrive at dealers next spring. Interested parties can configure and order the electric SUV now, with pricing starting from $105,850 ($125,050 CAD), including destination.
