This 1996 Chevy Caprice 9C1 started life as a Virginia State Police K9 car before the seller bought it in July 2002 with 117k on the clock. It served as a daily driver from 2002 until mid-2010, then went into a garage where it has largely sat since. The odometer now reads 220,866, and the car currently does not run — the engine turns over but a GM mechanic couldn't get the fuel pump going. It is located in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
