2025 Dodge Charger EV Reveal Set for March 5
We'll see three separate teasers between now and then, too.
Dodge on Tuesday confirmed the reveal date for the production version of its next-generation Charger sedan: March 5. Based on everything we've seen so far, it should stay true to the Daytona SRT concept.
The announcement comes with little additional news, but Dodge will release three additional teasers leading up to the full reveal. What we do know is that the Charger will bring the brand into the electric era, following in the footsteps of the concept. Dodge briefly talked power levels way back at SEMA 2022; if that still holds out, we should expect around 450 horsepower from the base model, while a hi-po Banshee could make use of 800-volt architecture and produce Redeye-challenging power.
We also have a good idea of how the final car will look, not only based on the concept but of pre-production photos Dodge itself shared. Note that this is a coupe: Dodge could be offering the Charger in both two- and four-door forms, retiring the Challenger name (for now).
With both of those cars bowing out at the end of last year, Dodge dealerships currently stock the Durango and Hornet SUVs. We look forward to seeing the brand's next car next week.
