2027 Ford Bronco RTR Starts at Over $50,000
The 2027 Ford Bronco RTR is only months from going on sale, and Ford has now put numbers to its budget Raptor alternative. According to Ford, the dialed-up Bronco will start at "just over $50,000" before destination and delivery.
Should the 2027 Bronco hold the roughly $1,995 destination charge seen today, the RTR should land around $52,000 as a base price. That puts it a step above a 2026 Badlands. Buyers chasing the full breadth of the RTR's capability and flashiness, however, face a different figure. A fully optioned version, Ford says, starts at "just under $60,000" before destination and delivery.
That extra $10,000 buys the Sasquatch Package with RTR Suspension, the RTR Appearance Graphics package, and the Hyper Lime appearance package. With destination added, the loaded model is expected to land somewhere in the $61,000 range.
Ford revealed much of the Bronco RTR's hardware in January. According to Ford, the base truck runs a wide-track HOSS 1.0 setup, with 33-inch tires mounted on unique 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels. Order the Sasquatch package and the configuration changes considerably. Ford says it brings Fox internal bypass dampers in HOSS 3.0 form, steps the tires up to 35 inches, and fits a heavy-duty modular front bumper.
One piece absent from that first reveal was the interior, and Ford has now released photos. The Hyper Lime theme runs throughout. According to Ford, the color appears on the belts, the stitching, the grab handles, the vents, and across the instrument panel. The seats carry RTR logos. Even the displays greet drivers with their own RTR startup and welcome animations.
Ford says motivation is the familiar 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder, upgraded here with anti-lag and improved engine cooling. Ford positions it as a cheaper alternative to the Bronco Raptor, which currently runs over $80,000, while keeping a focus on high-speed off-roading.
At roughly $52,000 to start and $61,000 loaded, the RTR slots into the Bronco lineup above the Badlands and well below the Raptor's $80,000-plus price point.
