Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series First Look
The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing F1 Collector Series sure is a mouthful. But standing in the lobby of the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in downtown Montreal ahead of the F1 race weekend, one thing is immediately clear - this car is absolutely wild.
Cadillac just took one of the industry's favorite sports sedans and dialed the intensity all the way up.
More Power, Sharper Handling
The headline news lives under the hood. Thanks to an upgraded supercharger, the Blackwing gets a boost of 17 hp and 14 lb-ft of torque. That brings the car's staggering new totals to 685 hp and 673 lb-ft of torque.
It isn't just about straight-line speed, though. Cadillac's engineers went to town on the chassis, throwing in stiffer spring rates, a thicker front stabilizer bar, and a host of custom-tuned settings for the dampers, steering, and limited-slip differential.
Track-Inspired Aesthetics
Visually, the Collector Series demands attention. Draped in an exclusive Midnight Stone Frost paint, it features custom wheels, bright brake calipers, and aggressive carbon fiber trim. The look is rounded out by gloss black badging and unique monochrome Cadillac crests.
Because this car celebrates Cadillac’s upcoming entry into the pinnacle of motorsport, F1 logos are everywhere. You will spot them on the doors and rocker panels, rear spoiler, sill plates, supercharger cover, and on top of the shifter.
Speaking of the shifter, purists can rejoice. This limited-run monster is only available with a proper manual transmission.

Ultra-Rare Exclusivity
If you want one, you had better be quick and incredibly lucky. Cadillac is limiting production to just 26 units globally.
It’s the ultimate expression of American luxury and track-ready performance, even if most of us will only ever get to see it sitting in a hotel lobby.
