The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban and Tahoe

The 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban are de facto the official vehicles of hot wives across the country.

I'm not being ridiculous when I say that, empirical evidence points to the truth. My wife is in her mid-20s, she's a mom, is blonde and hot, leans slightly right of center politically, and works in infrastructure project management—she adores the Tahoe and wants one as our next family vehicle.

See, now it's a fact.

The 2025 Tahoe and Suburban both get an updated dashboard

The 2025 models just debuted with several updates and higher prices compared to the 2024 models, though the price increases are relatively modest considering the changes. Both SUVs sport a refreshed front fascia with slimmer daytime running lights and new wheel designs, including the option for 24-inch wheels on the RST and High Country trims.

The standard suspension has been updated to improve handling, and certain trims—RST, Z71, and High Country—offer the Air Ride Adaptive Suspension and Magnetic Ride Control for enhanced ride quality.

Inside, the dashboard has been redesigned for a more open feel, with a standard 11-inch digital instrument cluster and a 17.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Physical buttons remain for climate controls, and both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard across all trims.

Engine options remain largely unchanged, with the 5.3-liter and 6.2-liter V8s carrying over. The 3.0-liter Duramax turbo-diesel gets a power boost to 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque but will not be available at launch.

Pricing for the Tahoe starts at $60,495 for the LS trim and tops out at $83,195 for the High Country 4WD with the 6.2-liter V8. Suburban pricing mirrors the Tahoe, with a starting price of $63,495 for the LS and the same $83,195 top-tier High Country.

New technology features include "Connected Cameras" for remote viewing and recording, "Interior Motion Detection" for alerting owners to movement inside the vehicle, and improved towing features such as trailer tire health monitoring and a new Trailer Navigation system integrated with Google Maps.
