The Cars Everyone Wanted Last Month

Pickup trucks predictably led the pack of the most researched vehicles in America last month. The leader, as has been the case for the last several months, is the Chevrolet Silverado 1500.

The Ford F-150, which is the best-selling member of the best-selling vehicle lineup in America, came in second place, just ahead of the Ram 1500.

The rest of the top 10 is made up of two more trucks, a quartet of crossovers, and a single, solitary sedan.

Top 10 Vehicles Researched In December 2025:

Chevrolet Silverado 1500

Ford F-150

Ram 1500

Hyundai Palisade

GMC Sierra 1500

Toyota RAV4

Toyota Camry

Ram 2500

Hyundai Tucson

Chevrolet Equinox

Congratulations to the Toyota Camry, a traditional four-door sedan that still manages to generate interest online despite the fact that the crossover’s rise to prominence continued unabated in 2025. We’re also a little surprised to see the Ram 2500 earn an eighth-place finish, making it the most researched heavy-duty pickup truck in America last month (the Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD landed in 17th and the GMC Sierra 2500HD sat in 25th).

Compared to November, the only new entry into the top 10 was that Ram 2500 truck, which displaced the Toyota Tacoma that fell to 14th in December on the list, which was compiled using data provided exclusively to AutoGuide via AutoFinder.com — an automotive marketplace featuring over 3 million new and used vehicle listings, connecting consumers with top dealerships nationwide to easily find and secure the best deal on a car, truck, or SUV.

If we were to expand this list out to 25 entries, we’d count a total of 9 trucks, 15 SUVs, and, again, one very lonely sedan. Good for you, Camry. Don’t let those crossovers hold you back.
