A more affordable but less powerful version of the Rezvani Beast has been unleashed.

Called the Rezvani Beast Speedster, the cheaper model is priced from $139,000, marking a $20,000 savings compared to the standard Beast. The major difference between the two models is the power output, with the Beast Speedster sporting 300 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque from the 2.4-liter supercharged four-cylinder engine from Honda. The standard Beast is also powered by the same motor, but power output is significantly more at 500 hp and 374 lb-ft. Both models come with a six-speed manual transmission as standard while a sequential transmission with paddle shifters is available as an option.

The Rezvani Beast and Beast Speedster use an Ariel Atom 3 chassis that has been outfitted with carbon fiber panels that allows the Beast to go zero to 60 in 2.7 seconds. The cheaper Beast Speedster will do the same sprint in 3.5 seconds. Both models weigh 1,650 pounds.

The original Rezvani Beast was unveiled in June and according to the American automaker based in Southern California, each vehicle takes between eight to 12 weeks to assemble. Windshields are optional on this street-legal track car while the interior is outfitted with carbon fiber seats and a carbon fiber steering wheel.
