Toyota Sequoia – Review, Specs, Pricing, Features, Videos and More
Toyota’s body-on-frame full-size SUV was recently overhauled and includes plenty of new technology. Chief among them is a new 3.4-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine paired to a hybrid drive system. It allows the big SUV to unleash an impressive 538 lb-ft. of torque.
Having this much thrust is great as these big SUVs excel in hauling people, cargo, and trailers. The Sequoia also features aggressive new styling that increases the vehicle’s truck cred.

2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro Review: Brodeo Ride
Big, bold, and brash: it's the 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro.
Toyota's big SUV is one unsubtle way to kick off the new year. All squared-off aggression and angry turbo noises, it's the brand's largest SUV with the largest personality. The TRD transformation compromises this family hauler; but in doing so, it also injects the Sequoia with a serious dose of fun.

3 Things We Like About the 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro, and 2 We Don't
Big SUV, big fun-in the right situation.
We recently spent some time with the 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. Massively improved over the outgoing model-that sort of thing is expected after 14 years-it was nonetheless a week of highs and lows. The Sequoia is a flawed beast, but that's what makes it fun. To that end, here are three things we loved about Toyota's largest SUV, and two aspects we wish were better.

Car hire services, ranch owners, extraordinarily large families, and those who tow small mountains pay attention—this comparison is for you.

Managing editor Mike Schlee, freelance writer and photographer Jeff Wilson, and myself spent the week driving all four of this big-boned bruisers. At the end of the week, we were all in agreement about which SUV was best, but there were some surprises elsewhere in the ranks. Read on for the full story.
2023 Toyota Sequoia First Drive Review: Hybrid Power Makes For Big Improvement
Like the Tundra with which it shares its platform, the 2023 Toyota Sequoia was overdue for a new model.
Last time it had a full model change, the Large Hadron Collider hadn’t even smashed its first particles together. So here we are, a decade and a half later, with a ground-up redo sharing little more than the name with what came before.
This latest Sequoia is a very different redwood. A standard hybrid powertrain is very on-brand, though it makes for compromises no other vehicle in the large SUV space has to make. Can a classy interior and a suite of modern tech help break the Sequoia out of niche status? We spent a day with the lineup in Texas to find out.
