BMW Recalls 2 Series Gran Coupe Over Faulty Tail Lights
BMW is recalling 202 specific vehicles of the 2026 228i Gran Coupe, 228i xDrive Gran Coupe, and M235i xDrive Gran Coupe. The affected cars have rear tail lights that may not function properly, failing to display.
The easy fix for the issue will see dealers replacing the rear lights on the 200 or so cars free of charge. Owners of these Gran Coupe should get a mail notification sent by March 27, 2026. In the meantime, customers may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.

My last BMW was a 2 door 2003 E46 with manual trans. Absolute blast to drive. For what BMW charges for their cars now days there should never be a recall of any kind. EVER!
