Kia Announces Prices and Trim Details For 2027 Sorento Hybrid
Kia has released pricing and trim details for the 2027 Sorento Hybrid, introducing a new blackout styling package and expanding standard cabin technology across the lineup.
The midsize three-row hybrid SUV will start at $39,090 (excluding a $1,495 destination fee), with order books opening as vehicles begin arriving at dealerships nationwide.
New X-Line EX Trim Joins the Ranks
The headlining update for the 2027 model year is the addition of the EX X-Line trim. Building on the standard EX grade, the X-Line EX brings a darker, more rugged aesthetic featuring gloss-black wheels, gloss-black exterior trim accents, and machined wood inlays across the dashboard and door panels.
Stepping up to the top-tier X-Line SX-Prestige adds a panoramic sunroof, a Bose premium audio system, and second-row captain's chairs. For 2027, the SX-Prestige also gets a standard Head-Up Display (HUD) projected directly onto the windshield.

Minor Styling and Palette Revisions
Beyond the new trim level and added HUD technology, the 2027 Sorento Hybrid receives subtle visual tweaks. Kia added dedicated "HEV" badging to the rear tailgate to clearly distinguish the hybrid from pure gas variants. Additionally, Pale Gray replaces Steel Gray in the exterior paint palette.
