Hennessey Performance has transformed the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban with the introduction of the H600 package.

Key Points

  • Hennessey’s H600 package transforms the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban into 625-hp performance SUVs, adding a supercharger, performance exhaust, Brembo brakes, and lowered suspension.
  • Limited to 100 units for 2025, the upgraded SUVs feature 24-inch gloss black wheels, Firestone Firehawk tires, and Hennessey badging throughout.
  • Available through Hennessey and select GM dealers, each vehicle includes a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty and a serial-numbered engine plaque.

Limited to just 100 units for 2025, the twin SUVs now boast 625 horsepower—up from the stock 420 hp—aggressive styling, and a host of mechanical upgrades that elevate them from simple family wagons to muscle trucks.

Under the hood, the familiar 6.2-liter V8 receives a significant power bump thanks to a Magnuson supercharger, high-flow intercooler, revised crankcase ventilation system, and HPE engine calibration. Torque also jumps from 460 to 633 pound-feet. It retains the factory 10-speed automatic.

Hennessey gave the big sleds heavy-duty six-piston Brembo brakes up front with red calipers, and a 2.5-inch ride height drop. Rounding out the mechanical changes are 24-inch gloss black wheels wrapped in Firestone Firehawk Pursuit tires and a Sport Touring catback exhaust.

Visually, the upgrades include Hennessey badges throughout and a new serial-numbered engine plaque inside. Buyers can choose between purchasing directly from Hennessey or through one of GM's participating dealerships. Both models are covered by a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty and will be eligible for GM financing programs.

The H600 package arrives as GM continues to deal with engine defects tied to the 6.2-liter V8, with nearly 28,000 customer complaints and a recall already underway.
