The 2025 Subaru BRZ Series.Purple Has The Best.Color

This Subaru BRZ is purple. Really, that’s all that matters.

It’s a great color, one which we previously saw on the Subaru WRX tS during the product launch at Sonoma Raceway. Subaru calls the color Galaxy Purple Pearl, and it comes to the BRZ with a 500-car limited edition run. That’s a bummer, seeing as the color is available within the regular production WRX lineup.

The Series.Purple itself is based on the Limited trim, which means buyers get Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, heated power mirrors, an upgraded sound system (a must because the base BRZ is not known for its audio quality), and more. Buyers also get suede-trimmed and leather seats, with the Series.Purple making use of silver accents instead of the usual blue or black.

While it’s a bummer the color won’t come to performance-focused trims like the tS, this special edition is pretty reasonably priced. Subaru will charge $36,615 MSRP (incl. dest.) for the Series.Purple, which is only $1,700 more than a run-of-the-mill six-speed BRZ Limited. For a limited edition car in a unique color, that’s a darn good deal.
