2025 Ram Heavy Duty Trucks Get Redesigned
Ram has given us a sneak peek at the new 2025 Heavy Duty pickups, showcasing a fresh design update for the brand's toughest workhorses.
Rather than a complete overhaul, Ram has focused on a mid-cycle refresh, incorporating a new front-end design with revamped grilles and striking quad headlamps. These changes create a bold, almost spider-like aesthetic, especially when viewed alongside the updated "nostril" grille design. It’s a move to keep the Heavy Duty series looking modern without a significant rework of the truck’s structure.
Different trims, including the Rebel, will sport distinct grille designs and unique lighting signatures, giving each version a personality of its own. Ram's signature power dome hood remains, while subtle tweaks have been made to the rear, including potential updates to the trailer electrical plugs for added functionality. Towing capabilities are likely to improve, catering to Ram’s loyal customer base.
While the powertrain details are still under wraps, Ram is expected to push for more torque, keeping up with rivals in the ongoing battle for heavy-duty supremacy. We can expect more technical specs to be revealed later this year, potentially during the State Fair of Texas—a popular locale for truck debuts.
