The Kia EV6 marked a turning point for Kia, introducing its first dedicated all-electric platform and earning praise from both buyers and critics alike. Combining SUV practicality with a sleek, wagon-like design, the EV6 set a strong foundation for the brand's EV future.
For the 2025 model year, Kia is rolling out the first major refresh for the EV6 since its debut. Key updates include a revamped battery lineup, refreshed styling at both the front and rear, interior enhancements, and adjustments to the trim offerings. These changes aim to keep the EV6 competitive in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle market while refining its appeal for a broad range of customers.

The 2025 EV6 GT retains its dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, delivering a staggering 576 horsepower and 545 lb-ft of torque. This ensures blistering acceleration, with a 0–60 mph time of just 3.4 seconds, rivaling many high-performance vehicles. Complementing its power is an electronically controlled limited-slip differential, sport-tuned suspension, and large performance brakes, offering a dynamic driving experience.
The 2025 Kia EV6 adopts updated styling to better align with the brand’s evolving SUV lineup, showcasing the “Opposites United” design language. Key to this update are the revised headlights and daytime running lights, which incorporate distinctive wing-like graphics that emphasize the EV6’s width and enhance its road presence.
These refinements give the refreshed EV6 a bolder and more cohesive look, tying it closer to the design identity of Kia’s broader SUV family.
