Kia took to the Milan Design Week exhibit to showcase its Vision Meta Turismo, a "futuristic approach to a new era of electric mobility." Translation: This is the design direction the brand plans to go should electrification be the full plan of attack going forward.

Kia says this design embodies the best of its best, with three core experiences at hand: "performance driving, immersive digital interaction, lounge-like space and comfort Inspired by ‘Opposites United.'" We're not so sure we would call that "three," but we like how it sounds as an overarching plan.

Given how good the modern slew of Kias already are, we like seeing that the brand is already pushing forward. Design studies like this Vision Meta Turismo usually come with a huge grain of salt, but given the prevalence of electric cars these days and Kia's actual practical application of their tech, we might be seeing more into the future than if another brand was giving us an alleged sneak peek like this.
