Dodge Charger Daytona With Four Doors Debuts

Dodge has decided the four-door Charger Daytona EV won't go on sale until the latter half of 2025. The adjustment means the four-door electric sedan will debut as a 2026 model year vehicle—same as the internal-combustion Charger Sixpack.

The news comes hot on the heels of Dodge cancelling the Daytona's entry-level R/T trim for 2026 after abysmal demand was exacerbated by tariff pressure—Dodge produces the Charger at the Windsor Assembly Plant in Ontario. That leaves the 670-horsepower Scat Pack as the only powertrain option for the Daytona EV.
Even with fewer trim options, Dodge has kept choices on the table. Shoppers will still get to pick between the two-door and four-door body styles for the Scat Pack. The automaker plans to offer a new Track package for both body styles.
The Track pack includes upgraded Brembo brakes—six-piston calipers up front, and four in the rear— painted red for effect, adaptive dampers, a built-in race recorder for track days, performance seats, and a gloss-black spoiler. Additionally, every 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona includes a one-day performance driving experience at Radford Racing School.
Beyond the performance bits, Dodge is adding a couple of new appearance options for 2026. You can now spec your Charger Daytona with "Fratzog dual stripes" and a gloss-black hood.
Dodge says ordering for 2026 Charger models is open—but we're still waiting to hear more about the Hurricane-powered Charger Sixpack.

Nice but we still want the ICE versions instead, ... :(
Makes sense to combine the 2 door and 4 door into one platform. This is a great looking car! That being said...no one really wants or cares about the EV, give us the ICE already, I-6 and V-8 as soon as possible Dodge!
