2025 Acura ADX Keeps Affordability Top Of Mind
Acura’s new 2025 ADX compact SUV now has official pricing.
It will land in dealerships starting at $36,350, including destination. Acura is calling the ADX a gateway vehicle as it aims to bring younger buyers into the Acura brand by offering a mix of technology, design, and value.
Even in its base configuration, the ADX comes well-equipped with heated seats, dual-zone climate control, a power moonroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a power tailgate.
The interior features a 9.0-inch center touchscreen and a 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster, while wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard. Acura’s driver-assist suite, AcuraWatch, is also included on all models, bundling adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and traffic-jam assist.
2025 Acura ADX: All The Details
For those looking for a more aggressive look, the 2025 Acura ADX A-Spec trim adds 19-inch wheels, LED driving lamps, darkened trim, and a larger moonroof. Inside, ventilated seats and an Ultrasuede interior with red contrast stitching to distinguish it from base models.
At the top of the range sits the ADX A-Spec with Advance Package, which builds on the A-Spec trim by adding additional blacked-out details, more technology, and an upgraded Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Model/Trim | Price (incl. destination) |
|---|---|
ADX FWD | $36,350 |
ADX AWD | $38,350 |
ADX A-Spec FWD | $39,350 |
ADX A-Spec AWD | $41,350 |

ADX A-Spec with Advance Package AWD | $45,350 |
All ADX trims are powered by a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine, paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Acura hasn’t confirmed an official horsepower figure, but the company states it will be similar to the 1.5-liter turbocharged engine in the Integra, which produces 200 horsepower. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available for an additional $2,000 across all trims.
The ADX enters the compact luxury SUV market at a lower price point than many of its competitors—its pricing, paired with Acura’s tech-focused approach, should resonate with younger buyers as well. The 2025 Acura ADX is expected to arrive at dealerships this spring.

When my salary hit $80k ($38.50/hr), I thought I would get a nice new car. At the time, Hyundai brought out their newly restyled Sonata SE for just about $26k - a price I felt I could afford along with the mortgage on our $37k house and all the utilities, insurance and grocery bills for our two person family. Today's average salary is about $62,027 and that same house last sold for $123k. Do any of these auto companies have a clue what the word "affordability" means? The target audience for your base $36k model needs to make about $112,000/year. That's about 18% of American households. Good luck with the competition!
This is basically an Acura version of the Honda HR-V, while the RDX is an Acura version of the CR-V. Even though it really is NOT priced as an entry-level vehicle, as Ninja250 has noted, it will probably sell very well. (I expect significant price discounts.)
