Ford is digging deeper into the off-road game and, in the process, giving Bronco owners another way to build a more trail-ready SUV without piecing together an aftermarket parts list (and still carrying a factory warranty). The new Bronco ORV Package bundles suspension upgrades, underbody protection, auxiliary lighting, and distinctive styling into one dealer-installed package — but it doesn't come cheap.

Available for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Bronco Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks models, the ORV (which presumably stands for Off-Road Vehicle) treatment costs $18,995 before dealer pricing and installation charges.

Given the kit involved, we're slightly surprised by the cost (you're definitely paying a premium to get some of the included parts from Ford), but what's more surprising is that it's reportedly a limited-edition offering. Ford has not specified production numbers, though.

The package’s biggest functional upgrades include a FOX off-road suspension kit, skid plates and fuel-tank protection borrowed from the big-brother Bronco Raptor, and rocker-panel armor. RIGID auxiliary LED lights help illuminate the trail, while a modular front bumper retains parking-aid functionality. Ford also includes an auxiliary switch kit and a ProCal calibration tool.

The visual changes are equally noticeable. Black 17-inch WELD wheels, wider Havoc fender flares, red grille lettering and tow hooks, a stealth-style hood graphic, and unique ORV badging give the SUV a more purposeful appearance. Tires are sold separately, with Ford recommending 315/70R17 rubber.

Buyers can also add equipment such as an ARB air compressor, a Borla high-clearance exhaust, and additional lighting. Unsurprisingly, the price of the additional accessories will jump the kit price up considerably.

The package includes a supplemental three-year/36,000-mile Ford Racing Parts warranty, and proper installation by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician does not void the factory warranty. Bronco Raptor and Badlands models are excluded, and compatibility depends on the vehicle's configuration.

It is absurd to offer this as a dealer installed kit. That means you are buying the standard shocks, wheels, etc. and then throwing them away and paying the dealer to install the kit parts. It's always cheaper to get the upgrades installed at the factory.
