Bosch just announced this that it has developed a self-parking function for vehicles that can be accessed through a smartphone application.

Volkswagen has teamed up with dance Underworld to create a unique smartphone app that will play music based on the way you’re driving.

General Motors has added Windows Phone support for its OnStar RemoteLink App, becoming the first automaker to support all four popular smartphone platforms: iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Windows.

The Craftsman AssureLink compatible opener sells for $275 while users must sign up for an annual $19.99 activation fee. Once you’ve signed up and paid, you’ll be able to control your garage door from any internet-enabled smartphone, computer or tablet.
