Jaguar's Hot Sedan Will Set You Back Nearly $200K
The Jaguar XE SV Project 8 isn’t cheap.
According to Car and Driver, the limited edition Jaguar XE SV Project 8 will have a base price of $188,495 – putting it well into supercar territory. The high-performance sedan will be limited to just 300 units worldwide and it’s currently unclear how many units will be allocated for the North American market. Sporting 592 horsepower from a supercharged V8 engine, the XE SV Project 8 will go zero-to-60 mph in 3.3 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 200 mph.

If that XE SV Project 8’s price tag is scaring you away, perhaps the Jaguar XJR575 with 575 hp is more fitting for your budget. The high-performance version of Jaguar’s flagship sedan will start from $123,395 when it goes on sale later this year.
Car and Driver also reports we can expect more affordable versions of the XF Sportback in the near future, according to Jaguar Land Rover’s North American CEO, Joe Eberhardt. The wagon starts from $71,445, which is quite the jump from the standard Jaguar XF’s $48,770 price tag.
