2025 Lexus LX700h: All The Details
The 2025 Lexus LX 700h debuts as the first hybrid in the LX lineup, combining a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with an electric motor generator to deliver a total output of 457 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque. This new setup is a notable increase over its non-hybrid sibling, the LX 600, and Lexus estimates the 700h will achieve 20 miles per gallon in the EPA’s combined cycle.
The LX 700h retains the full-time 4WD system and the off-road capabilities Lexus is known for, with features like a low-range transfer case, Active Height Control, and traction control systems remaining fully operational, even if the hybrid system malfunctions. This reliability is enhanced by dual systems for engine ignition and battery charging, ensuring the SUV’s continued functionality in challenging conditions.
