The fifth Transformers movie is currently filming and another one of its featured vehicles has been released.

This time, it is the Ford Mustang which plays the evil Decepticon known as Barricade. This is the first time that the new sixth-generation Mustang has been used in the popular film series.

Like its predecessors, the new Mustang is still a take on a police vehicle, with big bull bars up front and “to punish and enslave” plastered on its rear fenders. Blacked-out headlight surrounds, a new vented hood and some large spotlights mounted to the A-pillars are a few of the new features seen on this version of Barricade.

Chevy’s new sixth-generation Camaro will also be used in the movie, playing the role of Bumblebee, one of the protagonists in the movie.

Many of the same actors from the previous films will be reprising their roles, including Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel and Peter Cullen. Rumor has it that Anthony Hopkins is also set to join the cast.

Transformers: The Last Knight is set to premiere on June 23, 2017.
