Mopar is hitting the big 9-0 in 2027, and it is celebrating the milestone the best way it knows how: building a low-volume, factory-customized muscle car.

The Stellantis performance parts arm unveiled the limited-production Mopar ’27 Dodge Charger. Debuting ahead of the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the limited-run package adds lightweight carbon-fiber aero pieces, functional intake hardware, and unique heritage badging to the two-door, gas-powered Charger.

Total production is capped at just 270 units globally—split between 243 cars for the U.S. and 27 for Canada. In a nod to nine decades of Mopar history, exactly 90 units will be painted in each of three colors: Bludicrous, Diamond Black, and White Knuckle.

Direct Connection Carbon Bits and Factory Bolt-Ons

The Mopar ’27 package runs $10,995 on top of the vehicle's base price and can be optioned onto two distinct two-door models: the Charger R/T or the Charger Scat Pack Plus.

Regardless of trim, the package outfits the car with a suite of Direct Connection hardware:

  • Carbon Aero: A Direct Connection carbon-fiber front splitter, carbon-fiber functional scooped hood, and carbon-fiber rear spoiler.
  • Engine Breathing: A Direct Connection cold-air intake system routed to feed the 3.0-liter twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six.
  • Collector Details: Bespoke bodyside and hood graphics, a serialized radiator closeout panel plaque, and an interior dash badge designating build numbers.
  • Owner Kit: A personalized certificate of authenticity with vehicle-build number and a custom design rendering from the Mopar styling team.

Buyers looking to push things further can order standalone Direct Connection parts through certified performance dealers, including a high-performance cat-back exhaust system, a performance lowering spring kit, and 21-by-11-inch Brass Monkey wheels.

The standard-output 3.0-liter twin-turbo SIXPACK cranks out 420 horsepower routed through standard all-wheel drive with a selectable rear-wheel-drive burnout mode. The R/T hits 60 mph in 4.6 seconds and knocks out the quarter-mile in 12.9 seconds.

The high-output SIXPACK variant in the Charger Scat Pack Plus uses forged internals, twin 54mm Garrett turbos, and beefed-up charge air cooling to turn out 550 horsepower. Acceleration to 60 mph drops to 3.9 seconds, with quarter-mile runs clocked at 12.2 seconds. The Scat Pack Plus configuration also bundles 20-by-11-inch wheels, leather performance seating, the Blacktop Package, and the Carbon and Suede interior package.

SEMA Stage and Order Timeline

Before heading to the SEMA Show floor in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center from November 3–6, the Mopar ’27 will make its public debut at the NHRA Las Vegas Nationals.

Dealer order banks open in early January 2027, with factory production scheduled to kick off in the spring.

I thought they were bringing back the Hemi? What’s up?

They had the perfect balance with the V6 and the V8. Now none of their customers can afford an engine they don't even want!

yeah, they really need to drop the awd, leave the inline 6 but drop the turbos or bring in the pentastar for low 300 HP for a more affordable, mainstream package as this was the bread and butter of the majority of vehicle sales. A model with the 392 hemi would make a nice bridge to the already-confirmed Hellcat returning. They can say all they want about the Hemi being inferior to the turbo 6, but look at Ram sales and which powertrain they are choosing. Come on, Stellantis, give it to us so you can print the money!!
