High-Output Dodge Charger Super Bee Expected To Debut Next Week
Dodge has put out a 15-second teaser video teasing the return of Mopar's Super Bee badge.
The Charger Super Bee's official reveal is scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026, and it will take place just ahead of the automaker’s annual Roadkill Nights event on Woodward Avenue starting Saturday, August 8.
The teaser video features swarms of bees covering a drag strip light tree accompanied by loud buzzing. The video is set to Wiz Khalifa's once-popular track "Black and Yellow."

While there has been a ton of talk that the next version of the Dodge Charger to roll out would feature some kind of Hemi V8 under the hood, the automaker put that to bed by confirming the Super Bee will use a version of the automaker's twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter "Hurricane" inline-six engine.
“We’re about to reveal the most powerful SIXPACK-powered Charger we’ve ever built, then spend the next day shoulder to shoulder with the enthusiasts who live and breathe Dodge performance," said Matt McAlear, Dodge CEO.

The existing high-output version of the twin-turbo straight-six currently found in the Charger SixPack delivers 550 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque. It's believed the Charger Super Bee will push the output figure to somewhere around 600 horsepower.
Nostalgia is one hell of a drug, and Stellantis is offering a toke to anyone who wants to participate. Earlier this year, the automaker revealed the 2027 Ram SRT Rumble Bee, driven by a 777-horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter Hellcat V8 engine. While the Charger Super Bee will go without a V8, it's believed the Hemi will play a part in the car's long-term product roadmap.
