Top 10 Ford Broncos of the 2026 Detroit Auto Show
The Ford Bronco outsold the Jeep Wrangler last year and the off-road SUV's popularity is apparent at the 2026 Detroit Auto Show. Various versions of the Bronco, stock or otherwise, can be found all over the show floor. Below we've gathered the Top 10 ford Broncos we encountered during our time at the show.
2025 Ford Bronco RTR ROVR
Before the factory 2026 Ford Bronco RTR was released, RTR would gladly sell you a modified Bronco called the RTR ROVR. Confused? Basically, this is an aftermarket upgrade, like a Shelby or Saleen. The color-changing mystichrome paint on this one is fantastic.
2025 Ford Bronco Badlands
This Ford Bronco Badlands shows what the SUV looks like when all the doors and roof panels are removed. The back section of the roof can also come off, but that's a bit more involved. As it stands, there's a lot of open-air motoring to be had.
2027 Ford Bronco RTR
This is the factory-built Bronco RTR that will go on sale later this year. Less extreme than the RTR ROVR currently sold by the aftermarket company, this RTR does include a full factory warranty and is still highly capable. Think of it as a Raptor-lite.
2025 Ford Bronco Raptor
While on the topic of the Bronco Raptor, here it is, in all its 418 horsepower, wide-body glory. The only thing stopping this off-road beast is the width of the trails.
Ford Bronco Search & Rescue
With the popularity of off-roading increasing, and vehicles becoming more and more capable, search & rescue agencies need highly capable vehicles as well to reach those that get stranded way off the beaten path. Ford has begun outfitting the Bronco for these agencies across off-road-loving portions of the United States.
2025 Ford Bronco 2-Door
Not all Ford Broncos come with 4-doors, there's plenty of 2-door options as well. With a smaller footprint, the 2-door is more agile off-road and closer resembles the looks of the original SUV: especially in Heritage trim.
A Herd of Broncos
Looking at the various Ford Broncos is great and all, but how about experiencing what the SUVs are capable of? Inside the 2026 Detroit Auto Show there's a test-track dedicated to Bronco rides. Ford has brought a wide variety of the rugged SUVs to climb over the various obstacles.
2025 Ford Bronco RTR ROVR
Here's another version of the aftermarket tuned, Ford Bronco RTR ROVR, but this time in Desert Sand paint. Some of the accessories added to this package are great for long-term over-landing.
Ford Bronco Race Truck
Ford doesn't just built street legal Broncos, the company also has several race versions for various events around the world. The brand is currently competing in Dakar and is no stranger to the Baja 1000.
