According to JD Power, models must have a sufficient sample size to be considered for the most dependable model award. Due to a lack of data, there is no award in these segments: Small Car, Small Premium Car, Mid-Size Premium Car, Upper Mid-Size Premium Car, Large Car, Large Premium Car, Premium Sporty Car, Mid-Size Sporty Car, and Compact Sporty Car.
Most Dependable Compact Car: Toyota Corolla
The Toyota Corolla ranks first in dependability for compact cars. Rounding out the top three most dependable compact cars are the Honda Civic and Kia Forte.
Most Dependable Midsize Car: Toyota Camry
