Nissan Sentra Spec-V Concept: All The Details
Take a closer look at the Nissan Sentra Spec-V Concept, a track-focused tribute to sport-compact heritage unveiled at SEMA.
Under the vented, intake-fed hood sits a blueprinted 2.0-liter MR20DD turbocharged four-cylinder tuned to pump out 300 wheel horsepower. Engine highlights include forged Carrillo rods, JE pistons, WPC- and cryogenically-treated internals, and a Garrett G25-550 turbo paired with supplemental 550cc secondary port injection. Power flows through a modified Juke NISMO RS six-speed manual gearbox fitted with a helical limited-slip differential, Centerforce FX350 clutch, and a lightweight flywheel.
Visually, the concept commands attention with an aggressive BOMEX widebody kit, Terminax vinyl wrap, custom side-exit exhaust, and an R35 GT-R NISMO rear wing. Filling out the flared arches are forged 19x9.5-inch NISMO LM-RS1 wheels wrapped in 265/35R19 Yokohama ADVAN NEOVA AD09 rubber. Massive R35 GT-R NISMO Brembo brakes—featuring six-piston front calipers on 15.35-inch floating rotors—peer through the spokes.
Underneath, track-spec coilovers with remote-reservoir front dampers and NISMO anti-roll bars dial in the chassis. Inside, factory R35 GT-R NISMO Recaro bucket seats, a custom harness bar, and a NISMO steering wheel cement this concept's uncompromising motorsport focus.
