Full-size pickups have long dominated both new and used vehicle sales.

Toyota’s Tacoma, traditionally the benchmark of the midsize segment, has now moved ahead of the GMC Sierra 1500 in the used market and is beginning to narrow the gap to the Ram 1500.

iSeeCars analyzed over 9 million used car sales from the last five model years (2020 - 2025). Each model’s share of used car sales was calculated nationally, as well as within each metro area and state.
