Hyundai Boulder Concept: All The Details

Hyundai surprised everyone at the 2026 New York International Auto Show by pulling the wraps off a new body-on-frame SUV concept. According to the automaker, the concept is "an SUV-shaped design preview of Hyundai’s first U.S. body-on-frame vehicle, a midsize pickup truck due by 2030"

Hyundai says the concept rides on the brand’s first fully-boxed body-on-frame architecture. The new platform is already confirmed for production and will underpin a midsize pickup that will debut before 2030. Ladder-frame construction has long been favored by U.S. consumers seeking trucks and SUVs capable of serious off-roading, towing, and hauling.

There are no powertrain details available at this time.
