Fiat Topolino: All the Details
Fiat is expanding into the U.S. micromobility market with the introduction of the 2026 Topolino, a tiny, low-speed electric vehicle starting at $13,995. Embracing the brand's heritage of building stylish small cars, the ultra-compact vehicle offers a 46-mile range and is designed for neighborhood, resort, and coastal commuting. While restricted to 19 mph at launch, an upcoming factory conversion kit will raise its top speed to 25 mph, making it federally street-legal on secondary roads by late summer 2026.
