Toyota GR86 Rally Legacy Concept: All The Details
At the 2024 SEMA Show, Toyota unveiled the GR86 Rally Legacy Concept, a tribute to its rich rally heritage. This concept reimagines the 2024 GR86 by integrating the turbocharged 1.6-liter three-cylinder engine and all-wheel-drive system from the GR Corolla, delivering 300 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque.
The GR86 Rally Legacy Concept draws inspiration from the iconic Celica GT-Four rally cars of the 1990s, featuring a Halo White paint job with red and green livery reminiscent of the Castrol-sponsored design. Additional rally-inspired elements include red mud flaps, a custom exhaust exiting through the rear license plate area, and a spoiler echoing the curvature of the Celica's rally wing. The interior is equipped with a full roll cage and racing seats fitted with red six-point harnesses, emphasizing its motorsport focus.
