2026 Volvo XC60: All The Details
Volvo’s second-generation XC60 might be showing its age, but that hasn’t slowed down its popularity. Since its U.S. debut in 2018, the XC60 has remained a top seller for the Swedish automaker, nearly matching the XC90 in sales last year.

Recognizing that buyers still see plenty of value in the midsize crossover, Volvo isn’t rushing out a full redesign. Instead, it’s delivering a minor refresh for 2026 aimed at keeping the model competitive.
The 2026 XC60’s exterior updates are subtle but tie the model closer to the larger XC90, which received an update last September.
Buyers will also see a refreshed color palette, with Forest Lake and Aurora Silver joining the lineup, alongside Mulberry Red, which makes its debut on the XC60.
Inside, the biggest change comes in the form of a new 11.2-inch infotainment display, replacing the previous 9.0-inch unit.
The screen now sits proudly above the dash, running on Volvo’s latest software, which supports over-the-air updates.
Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Cockpit Platform, Volvo claims the updated infotainment system is twice as fast as before, with smoother graphics rendering and improved responsiveness.
Under the hood, things remain unchanged. U.S. buyers will continue to choose between a 247-hp mild-hybrid engine and a 455-hp plug-in hybrid (PHEV).
With the current XC60 starting at $48,345, the 2026 model is expected to remain in a similar price range when it reaches dealerships later this year.
While the 2026 Volvo XC60 refresh doesn’t break new ground, it offers just enough refinement to keep the model appealing—especially for buyers who appreciate Scandinavian design paired with modern tech and electrified powertrains.
