2025 Porsche 911 GT3: All The Details
Porsche is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its iconic 911 GT3 with two distinct versions of the 2025 model: the track-focused 911 GT3 and the more understated 911 GT3 with Touring Package.
Both versions pack the same blistering performance but cater to different driving styles, all while staying true to Porsche’s philosophy of blending track capability with road-going usability. Here’s an in-depth look at the 2025 911 GT3.

The car sits on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels wrapped in 255/35 ZR20 and 315/30 ZR21 sport tires. Porsche has also reworked the suspension, borrowing technology from the GT3 RS, including teardrop-shaped trailing arms on the front double-wishbone suspension, which generate more downforce and help improve brake cooling.
The Weissach Package, available on the GT3 for the first time, includes carbon-fiber components such as the roof, rear wing, exterior mirror top shells, and air blades in the front area. Additionally, the Weissach Package adds magnesium wheels, which save around 20 pounds. A new 40 Ah lithium-ion battery also trims 9.9 pounds.
The GT3 stays true to its performance roots with a classic rotary ignition switch. In front of the driver, the digital instrument panel delivers clear, concise data, with a contrasting color scheme making the tachometer and stopwatch easy to read at a glance. For track enthusiasts, the “Track Screen” display mode minimizes distractions, narrowing the focus to key information like tire pressures, oil levels, water temperature, and fuel status. It even highlights the optimal shift times, ensuring drivers can make the most of the 9,000 rpm redline.
Optional lightweight bucket seats made from Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) were designed with track days in mind—the seat’s headrest padding can be removed for improved helmet ergonomics, while standard features like a three-stage seat heater and electric height adjustment ensure comfort on daily drives.
